DeskFlow

Pre-launch · ten design-partner clinics · Delhi NCR

The front desk that never stops answering.

DeskFlow answers the overflow calls your clinic cannot reach — in Hindi, English or Hinglish — and confirms a booking only once it is verified in your calendar.

A clinic reception at dusk: patients waiting, a landline ringing, a paper register open on the desk

19:02 · East Delhi · a Tuesday

One landline. Four channels. Three people already at the desk. The phone rings and reaches nobody. Tomorrow’s list stays a guess until someone phones every patient.

03 · What DeskFlow does

Answer. Resolve. Commit — once.

Three things, in this order, on every overflow call. No upselling, no triage, no guessing.

01 · Answer

Picks up what the desk cannot.

Only the overflow line you configure — busy and unanswered calls, forwarded by your telecom. It says it is automated before anything else happens.

02 · Resolve

Follows the caller’s language.

Hindi, English or Hinglish, mid-sentence. “Kal subah” becomes a real slot, read back as a time and a day.

03 · Commit

Writes, then verifies the write.

The model proposes; the engine writes to your calendar and reads it back. Nothing is confirmed to the caller until it is verified.

3 s

Median pick-up, every hour of the day.

24 × 7

Overflow line answered. Your number does not change.

0

Unverified confirmations. Nothing is said before step ten.

10 of 10

Steps verified per booking, in order, every time.

04 · One overflow call · 19:41

Answered and committed while the desk was busy.

The transcript plays as it happened. The engine’s ten steps run beside it, and nothing is said to the caller before step ten.

05 · Hindi · English · Hinglish

It follows the caller, not a script.

Heard, then written. Colloquial time becomes a real slot, read back as a clock time and a day. Digits come back grouped, the way people say a number.

Heard · 19:41:06

“kal subah”

कल सुबह

Written

Tomorrow, 09:00–12:00 → offered as “Thursday, 11:30”.

Heard

“dopahar ke baad”

Written

After 14:00 → the first open chair after two.

Heard

“parso”

Written

The day after tomorrow → read back with its weekday.

Heard

“98765 43210”

९८७६५ ४३२१०

Read back

Digits grouped in fives, the way people say a number.

Heard · 19:41:19

“Haan, theek hai.”

हाँ, ठीक है

Written

Consent → the engine writes, verifies, then confirms.

Not guessed

“thoda jaldi”

थोड़ा जल्दी

Asked again

Ambiguous by itself. It offers two clock times instead of assuming one.

06 · The commit engine

“Confirmed” is a fact, not a phrase.

Ten steps run in order. The language model only proposes; the appointment engine writes to your calendar and reads it back. Scroll up and the ledger opens again.

07 · When it should not decide

A human stays accountable.

Pain, swelling, bleeding, or a child under twelve: the call is handed to a person at once. Anything outside the policy you approved is queued for the desk, not guessed. Every hand-off carries the transcript, the caller’s number and what was already said.

08 · Trust, privacy, safety

Built to be audited.

Four commitments, written into the contract and into the software. A named person at your clinic approves the policy, and every change to it is logged.

Disclosure

Says it is automated in the first sentence.

Every call, every language. Anyone who asks for a person gets one.

Residency

Recordings stay in India.

Audio and transcripts are stored in-country, with a retention period you set. Ninety days by default.

Portability

Your data leaves with you.

Every call, transcript and booking exports as CSV. Leaving takes one click, not one call.

Accountability

A named person approves the policy.

Someone at your clinic signs off on what the assistant may do. Every change is logged.

09 · Pricing

One plan. The audit comes first, and it is free.

{{ price }}

{{ priceNote }}

A flat price per location. No per-call fees, no minimum term, no lock-in.

10 · Questions

Questions clinics ask first.

Anything else, write to hello@deskflow.in — a person answers, usually the same day.

Does it replace my receptionist?

No. It answers only the overflow line you configure — the calls your desk cannot pick up. Your team keeps the front line, and every hand-off lands with them.

Which practice software does it write to?

Google Calendar and Zoho Bookings at launch; two clinic-management systems are being added with the design-partner cohort. If a write cannot be read back and verified, nothing is confirmed to the caller.

What if the caller speaks Punjabi, or only Hindi?

Hindi, English and any mix of the two are handled fully, including a caller who never uses an English word. Other languages are recognised and handed to a person rather than guessed at.

Does the caller know it is a machine?

Yes, in the first sentence of every call, in the caller’s language. Anyone who asks for a person is handed to one.

What does the fourteen-day audit involve?

Your telecom forwards busy and unanswered calls to a DeskFlow number. It listens and logs; it does not book. On day fifteen you receive a report of every call — when it came, what it needed, and what it would have taken to resolve.

11 · Start the audit

Fourteen days. Your overflow calls only.

  1. 01

We call you within one working day.

A person, not the assistant. Twenty minutes on your desk, your hours and your software.

  2. 02

Your telecom forwards only busy and unanswered calls.

Your number does not change. DeskFlow listens and logs for fourteen days; it does not book.

  3. 03

Day fifteen: the report, and your decision.

Every call, when it came and what it needed. Go live, or stop the forwarding and keep the report.
